SHIFT is a conference designed to help with the practical applications of principles, concepts and strategies for church growth. There will be momentum builders and   leadership motivation ideas. There will be teaching on the principles of the five fold ministry, the ministry of the evangelist, the retention and assimilation of newcomers, guidelines to help in planning for growth and the role of an administrator.
