Directed by your Growth Coach, you will identify key ingredients. You will need to build a Strategic Blueprint that can lead you and your Church into high influence ministry.
Purposeful Objective
Analyze your Church to see its current focus, how you got to where you are, how the leadership team is perceived by congregation and community and the present strengths and weaknesses.
Identify your “target” audience and how you can meet their needs.
Create and apply a strategic plan of action that aligns the ministries of the Church behind the vision Jesus has for the Church.
Develop a clear mission that defines the purpose of your Church.
Developing and applying the vision that shows the preferred destiny of the your Church.
Defining he core values, critical factors and measurements to ensure all goals and activities are aligned and processing throughout the Church.
Create a clear strategy to reach your goals and tracking and reviewing procedures, and a communications system.
Create and apply a clear organizational structure and a simple, repeatable process for organizing ministries for maximum effectiveness.
