Define the target audience, message and methods for your Church’s outreach efforts.
State clearly what results the outreach efforts should achieve and develop a plan to bring this to pass.
Create a marketing plan that will effectively show your Church to unbelievers: Word of mouth, Mail-outs, Handouts, Seminars, Dramas, Radio, TV, etc.
Perform the marketing plan on time and on budget.
Create and implement an effective assimilation process for your Church.
