Purposeful Objectives: Develop and implement ministry job descriptions that establish clear guidelines for effectiveness. Recruit, interview and commission qualified people, matching their spiritual talents, abilities and gifts to the Church’s needs. Develop a clear procedure to build confidence and the effectiveness of your leaders by: An orientation procedure that includes competent training. Regular job reviews for intentional coaching and teaching procedures to provide feedback for growth improvements. A process for dealing effectively with poor performance in ministry assignments and discipline issues. Develop a training syllabus to maximize potential and increase overall effectiveness. Create a leadership policy handbook that shows the Church structure, objectives and policies and procedures for conduct, performance, compensation, benefits and other issues of importance that would pertain to your Church. |
