Purposeful Objectives
Analyze the current organizational structure of your Church. Determine where improvement is needed by a thorough examination and then you can begin to produce ideas for growth.
Identify and bring on board top influencers in your Church to help you in the application of the change process.
Create clear strategies for beginning your change plan and provide accountability for growth during the process.
Prepare leaders for the change process by:
Using effective communication strategies that the tensions of change.
Anticipating criticism that can arise as a result of change and use it in an effective way.
Develop a culture within the Church that will accept innovation and improvement in a continuous circle.
